Tori Sipes: Venue Manager
Hi there! I’m Tori Sipes, the Venue Manager for White Willow Meadows. I was born and raised in a little town along the Ohio River—Gallipolis, Ohio. After planning my own wedding in 2022, I fell in love with the wedding industry and knew I wanted to help other brides create their perfect day! After moving to Columbus, Ohio, in April 2023, I found White Willow Meadows and have been planning weddings ever since. Over the past two years, I’ve truly embraced every aspect of this job, but what I love most is building connections with my couples. Helping them celebrate their love and bringing their dream wedding to life is the most rewarding experience! When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll likely find me: On the pickleball court or golf course with friends, traveling to visit family and spending quality time with my husband, Tanner and our sweet Golden Retriever, Duke. I can’t wait to meet you and help make your wedding day everything you’ve envisioned!
Tessa Mullins: Assistant venue manager
Hey! I’m Tessa, the Assistant Venue Manager here at White Willow Meadows. Born and raised in Grove City, Ohio, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. I sort of stumbled into the wedding industry and immediately fell in love with it. After a few years in the business, I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. I’m highly organized and passionate about helping create seamless, beautiful weddings for our couples. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my cat, Kronk, taking a Pilates class, shopping, or grabbing coffee with friends. I absolutely love being part of this amazing team and can’t wait to help make your special day unforgettable!
Jenna stroud: lead venue coordinator
Hi Friends! My name is Jenna and I have been in the wedding industry for 4 years now. I would choose this path time & time again. I have personally coordinated dozens of weddings in Ohio, but have had the amazing opportunity to plan & execute several weddings in Traverse City, Michigan and Chicago. One of my favorite aspects of the wedding day is getting to be the final voice of calm to the bride as you are about to send her down the aisle. When I am not busy being a Wedding planner you can find me snuggling with my two pups & pending time with my better half. I cannot wait to meet you & make your big day dreams come to life!
Ashley norman: operations manager
Hi there! I’m Ashley, the Operations Manager for our sister venues! I wear many hats at these beautiful locations and spend a significant amount of time in the flower shop! I also enjoy reading, fostering strong family bonds, and giving back to the community. When I’m not working, I treasure peaceful evenings at home with my husband and our lovable dog. Becoming a part of our family business has been an exhilarating journey, where I have the privilege of creating unforgettable moments for our couples!
