The Main Barn offers 14000 square feet with 35-foot ceilings and a bright white interior that adapts to many design styles. The space welcomes up to 350 guests total, with seating for 280 in the main hall and 75 in the lounge. Guests move comfortably between the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception without tight transitions. As evening arrives, sunset light filters through the south-facing windows and settles into the room.

Ceremonies can take place in several areas across the property. The Main Hall provides height and natural light. The Covered Porch includes a 24-foot stone fireplace and shelter when the weather changes. The Garden of Verona offers an Italian-inspired setting with a fountain-lined aisle and a white pergola. Having multiple ceremony locations allows couples to plan with confidence and flexibility.
Preparation spaces are built into the day, not added on later. The bridal suite includes two dressing rooms, a beauty bar for six, a private terrace, and a full bathroom. The groom’s suite offers a lounge area and a full bathroom. These rooms give space to settle in, slow down, and stay close to the celebration as it unfolds.
The Dairy Barn provides overnight accommodations and space to continue the evening. It includes four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bath, a honeymoon suite beside the historic silo, and the Dairy Den with billiards, bar, television, and lounge seating. The space sleeps up to 14 guests and allows 45 to 50 people to gather after the reception. Couples often appreciate not needing to leave the property once the night winds down.
All floral design is created by Willow, the exclusive in-house florist located on the estate. The floral studio is also an intimate venue with vaulted ceilings, antiques, and a tin roof. Willow is known for working with exotic flowers, greenery, fruits, and vegetables. Keeping floral design in-house helps maintain a consistent look throughout the ceremony and reception spaces.
Every wedding includes access to the full property, tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception, paved parking for guests, and full setup and teardown of venue-provided items. Couples choose between two wedding experiences. The Signature Experience includes a day of wedding coordinator, an additional venue coordinator, professional setup and basic cleanup, a one-hour rehearsal during the wedding week, and floor-length linens in black, white, or ivory. The Collaborative Experience offers full-day access with venue support while allowing couples to work with their own planner and coordination team.
Our venue team includes a venue manager, assistant venue manager, lead venue coordinator, and operations manager. During events, the focus stays on timing, transitions, and vendor coordination. Couples are free to stay present while the team manages venue-related details in the background.
