A mitzvah marks an important moment for a family. It brings generations together and deserves a setting that feels thoughtful and comfortable for everyone involved. We host mitzvah celebrations with care, focusing on how guests move through the space, how the day unfolds, and how families can stay present while everything runs smoothly.
White Willow Meadows offers a spacious and flexible setting for hosting a mitzvah. With multiple event spaces, including a large Main Barn, lounge, and smaller venues, it provides ample room for up to 350 guests. The venue also supports families with an on-site coordinator, flexible catering options, and thoughtful design elements to ensure a smooth celebration.
White Willow Meadows includes three distinct buildings, each offering flexibility for different parts of your celebration. The Main Barn spans 14,000 square feet with 35-foot ceilings, chandeliers, and large south-facing windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. The space accommodates up to 350 guests, with seating guidance that allows 280 guests in the main hall and an additional 75 in the lounge.
Families often appreciate the lounge as a place for conversation away from the main dance floor, while still feeling connected to the energy of the event. For smaller moments or separate gatherings, Willow Florals offers an intimate venue for up to 35 guests. The Dairy Barn provides overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests and can host up to 45 people for an extended time together.

Our all-inclusive rental includes an on-site coordinator along with professional setup and cleanup of venue provided items. During a mitzvah, that support helps the day stay organized as guests arrive, programs begin, and the celebration builds. Our team remains on site to manage the space and timing so families can focus on their guests.
Rental access runs from 1 pm to midnight, with events concluding at 11 pm. Guest parking includes 150 paved spaces with designated handicap spots, which helps arrivals and departures feel easy for all ages.
Outside catering is allowed at White Willow Meadows, giving families flexibility when planning menus. Alcohol is also permitted under our house rules. Shots and drinking games are not allowed. These guidelines help keep the focus on the celebration and ensure a comfortable environment for guests of all ages.
The Main Barn features clean white interiors paired with custom live-edge woodwork and two fireplaces, one stone and one black. One detail families often point out is the bridal suite doors made from a 4,000-year-old sequoia slab. It is a subtle feature that adds depth to the space and often becomes part of the photo story of the day.
All floral design for events on the property is handled by Willow, our exclusive in-house florist. This creates visual consistency across the venue and simplifies planning. Willow is known for designs that incorporate greenery alongside natural elements like fruits and vegetables.
Many mitzvahs here follow a natural progression. Guests gather in the Main Barn, spend time in the lounge, then return to the main hall as the celebration continues. The covered patio and portico offer additional room to step away without leaving the heart of the event. Our team helps guide this flow so transitions feel smooth throughout the day.
White Willow Meadows is located at 10260 Ballah Rd in Orient, Ohio, surrounded by oak trees and honeysuckle. The meadow and tree line create a sense of privacy that families value during personal celebrations. Guests often take photos across the property, drawn to the timber details and the way evening light moves through the glass windows.
