When couples ask us how to make a wedding weekend feel calm instead of rushed, we start with the Dairy Barn. It sits right here on our property at White Willow Meadows, and it changes how the days around your wedding unfold. You are not packing bags between locations or watching the clock. You are settling in, gathering your people, and letting the weekend breathe.
The Dairy Barn at White Willow Meadows enhances a wedding weekend by providing a relaxed, on-site experience. It offers spacious accommodations for up to 14 guests, a welcoming gathering space, and smooth transitions between events, creating a calm, connected atmosphere. Staying at the Dairy Barn keeps everything centered and allows for a smooth, intentional celebration.
Time and time again, we watch how the entire experience shifts when your closest friends and family stay on site, creating a natural flow that makes the celebration feel more grounded from start to finish. Getting ready feels calm and unrushed, with space to be present in the moment. The night before becomes time well spent together, full of conversation and connection. The morning after feels just as easy, letting everyone wake up slowly and carry the feeling a little longer.
The Dairy Barn is a renovated historic barn with 5,000 square feet built for comfort and connection. It includes four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath, and a honeymoon suite beside the silo. The space sleeps 14 guests overnight, so your inner circle can stay together instead of spreading out across town.
There is also room to gather before the event. The Dairy Barn can accommodate up to 45 guests for pre-event time, which gives you a relaxed place to be with your closest people without leaving the property. It keeps your plans simple and your people close.

Inside the Dairy Barn, the Dairy Den is where we see laughter start early. It includes a billiards table, bar areas, a TV, and lounge seating. For wedding parties, it becomes a natural spot to hang out, snack, sip, and enjoy the hours before the celebration begins. Because everything is on site, no one is rushing off or checking directions. You get time back, and you feel it.
From the moment the day begins, everything is centered around ease and continuity. You start the morning on the property and transition naturally into the Main Barn for your celebration, eliminating the need for travel or coordinating transportation. The Main Barn offers 14,000 square feet, 35-foot ceilings, chandeliers, and capacity for up to 350 guests, with a layout that supports both seated dining and lounge space.
Couples tell us this is when staying on site really pays off. The day feels grounded. You are present from the first quiet moments through the last song.
White Willow Meadows includes three buildings on the property, the Main Barn, the Dairy Barn, and Willow Florals. Each one can play a role across the weekend. From preparation to celebration to winding down, you are staying within the same setting, surrounded by oak trees and honeysuckle. That consistency matters. Guests feel oriented. Vendors move easily. You are not resetting your mindset every few hours.
The Dairy Barn is available as an overnight stay with a 4 pm check-in and 10 am check-out. Alcohol is allowed on site. Outside catering is allowed, and we have an open vendor policy for catering. Floral design is handled exclusively by Willow, our in-house florist on the property.
Parking is paved with space for 150 vehicles, including handicap spots. Total venue capacity is 350 guests, with up to 280 seated in the main hall plus 75 in the lounge.
When couples choose to stay in the Dairy Barn, the benefit is not just convenience. It is continuity. Your wedding becomes a shared experience that unfolds over time, not a single fast-moving day.
