There is a moment at White Willow Meadows that always stays with us. It is the soft pause right before your reception begins. The last bit of daylight slips through the south-facing wall of glass, your tables glow beneath the chandeliers, and the room feels like it is breathing with you. After spending the day in your suites, walking the Garden of Verona, or standing in the Covered Porch as a breeze moves through the space, this is where everything comes together. This is where the celebration truly begins.
White Willow Meadows offers a beautiful and versatile setting for wedding receptions, with a spacious Main Barn that accommodates up to 350 guests. The property features elegant suites, several ceremony spaces, and flexible catering and bar options. Guests can enjoy a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor areas, while in-house services like floral design and a dedicated coordinator support the event.
We designed White Willow Meadows to hold that feeling. Every corner of the property, from the historic dairy barn to the Italian-inspired garden, was created so you and your guests can move through the day with ease, joy, and a clear sense of place. Your reception brings everyone together, and each feature on the grounds supports that experience.
As the day moves from the suites to the ceremony to the Main Barn, everything settles into a natural rhythm. Light fills the room, guests flow between the lounge, patio, and hall, and the space stays warm and inviting through the night. Every element is designed so you can stay present while the celebration carries itself.

The Main Barn holds up to three hundred fifty guests. Couples often tell us it feels spacious and warm at the same time. The thirty-five-foot ceilings let sound rise without echo, and the south-facing wall of glass fills the room with natural light long after the ceremony. Later, that light shifts into soft gold, giving your photographer a clean canvas. The all white interior gives your decor room to stand out. Live-edge woodwork brings in natural warmth, and our stone and black fireplaces add a gentle glow to evening receptions.
Your guests can move freely between the main hall, lounge, and covered patio. Some step outside for fresh air, while others gather near the bar setups. The patios keep the energy flowing without crowding the dining tables, and the portico creates a graceful arrival point. You feel the openness the moment you walk inside.
Many couples fall in love with the suites before anything else. The bridal suite includes two dressing rooms, a beauty bar for six, a private terrace, and a full bathroom. It stays quiet even on the busiest morning. Across the property, the groom’s suite gives its own relaxed start with lounge seating and a full bathroom. Couples often say that beginning the day with space to settle makes the reception even sweeter.
Your reception experience begins the moment your ceremony unfolds, setting the tone for a celebration that flows effortlessly. The Main Hall can host indoor vows with tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoors, the Covered Porch offers a fresh open feel with a twenty-four-foot stone fireplace that anchors the setting. The Garden of Verona brings a different atmosphere with an Italian-inspired layout, a fountain-lined aisle, and a white pergola. No matter the space you choose, the transition to reception stays smooth because the entire property was designed to support both moments.
Your decor sets the tone for your event, reflecting your unique style and vision. Our criss-cross draping and pergola draping are included for you to use in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Many couples carry the same look into the reception. The all white interior works well with color, texture, or a minimalist style. Our tables, chairs, and custom furniture are prepared ahead of time. The built-in AV system helps your toasts flow through the room. When the fireplaces glow, the room settles into a soft, inviting warmth.
For couples who want a full weekend experience, the Dairy Barn offers overnight accommodations for up to fourteen guests. It includes four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath, a honeymoon suite beside the silo, and lounge areas that stretch the celebration late into the evening. The Dairy Den adds billiards, a bar, a TV, and a relaxed gathering spot perfect for an after-party. Up to forty-five or fifty guests can gather during that time. The fire pit becomes the place where stories linger and the night slows down.
Willow, our exclusive in-house florist, creates floral designs from a tin roofed studio filled with antiques, vaulted ceilings, and French doors. Every arrangement for events here is created by Willow, and you can choose greenery, exotic flowers, fruit accents, or vegetable elements. The studio also acts as a small venue that seats up to thirty five or forty guests for showers, brunch gatherings, or micro weddings. Couples love how connected it feels to the property. You can walk from the suites to the ceremony to the reception, knowing your florals are being created just a few steps away.
Couples often ask about catering and bar service, and we keep this simple. You can bring in your own catering team. You can bring your own alcohol. This freedom helps you shape the reception around your taste and your budget. We want the evening to reflect you.
Your rental includes setup, basic cleanup, and a coordinator who guides the day. Some couples choose the Signature Experience, which includes a day of coordination, a second coordinator for behind the scenes support, styled tables, linens in black, white, or ivory, a rehearsal hour, and full day access from one in the afternoon to midnight. Others choose the Collaborative Experience, which lets you bring your own coordinator, linens, and cleanup team. No matter the option, we stay present to support the flow of the day.
As the night settles over the meadow and the oak trees turn into silhouettes, the main hall glows from within. Guests gather near the fireplaces or step onto the covered patio as the air cools. Inside, the chandeliers warm the room, and the all white interior holds the light in a way that feels special to your evening. We often see couples look around at that hour and take in the room, realizing this is the moment they can finally relax and enjoy their people. That is what we hope for every couple who celebrates here.
We would love to guide you through the property so you can experience it for yourself. From the Garden of Verona to the Dairy Barn to the main hall, every detail is here to help your reception feel personal and meaningful. Reach out through our contact form to begin your planning.
